SMA-NJ, originally chartered March 30, 2004 as NJ Metro EMA, is a local, non-profit affiliate and staffing-focused specialty chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, the world's largest Human Resources association with more than 250,000 members and 575 chapters worldwide.
